  How do I become a stockist?

If you have a retail establishment and would like to stock Screenface London's products, please email us with details of your company and what you do. Screenface London will contact you with further information, terms and conditions. We would love to hear from you.

  I am a student - how do I get a student discount?

Screenface Student Discount Scheme

If you are a student and wish to place an order on our Screenface Website you can apply for our Student Discount Scheme.

Please email info@screenface.co.uk with the name of your School / College or University, your course you are attending, the enrollment date, and your student number plus a photo of your student card both sides so that we can verify your details.

Otherwise, please bring your current student card when shopping in-store. Discounts will only be provided if a valid identification is presented.

This scheme is elligable to students enrolled on courses that are relevant to Make-up & Beauty, Hairdressing & Wigmaking plus Special Effects Courses (SFX) related to the Film, TV & Theatre industry.

You will receive on successfull application a code for you to login and set up your account with an automatic 10% discount when you checkout.

This does include the delivery charge.

When you are qualified you can apply for a Pro Discount using the Kryolan Pro Card link on the their website.

  I live / work abroad - can you ship my orders internationally?

Not a problem!

You can still order by emailing info@screenface.co.uk requesting the items you would like to purchase plus the destination address.

The shipping will be calculated according the weight and destination country using Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed sevice standard rates.

However, if you need your delivery urgently, please contact us for a quote on expedited deliveries.

Please be aware about possible additional Customs Duty charges placed on your order when your parcel is being delivered, these will be paid for by you.

  Do you hire mirrors?

We do hire mirrors, on a daily basis or we have great deals available if you require longer hiring times.

Collection and pick up will be arranged by yourselves and only from our Head Office based in

Brentwood Essex CM13 3XL.

  Do you offer training courses?

No. Whilst we are able to offer a make-up lesson for individuals or small groups, please email info@kryolan.com for further details.

We do have a fantastic range of workshops see our choice listed in the menu, these workshops are held at our Store in London WC2E 9JY email workshops-uk@kryolan.com

  I'm looking for a specific product that I can't find on your website. Can you help?

Absolutely!

  I would like to work at Screenface - How do I apply?

We do not currently have any positions available. However, please email your CV with a covering letter stating what you can offer Screenface and why you'd like to work for us. We will keep your details on file for future opportunities.
