Delivery & Returns

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 working days.
For our courier option orders must be placed before 2pm. Please note courier delivery does not guarantee next day delivery – please allow 2 working days. If your order is more urgent, please phone us to place your order.
International orders will be shipped via International Airmail. If an expedited courier is required, please contact us for a quote.
Some products classified as hazardous and / or flammable may be subject to additional regulations and may not be able to be shipped to you/ may incur severe delays. You may be contacted if this is the case and offered an alternative or refund.
